It probably got missed amongst all the flurry of activity surrounding the new release. That would be my guess anyway. I know when I look for the 'good' cards I often search eBay via 'highest priced first' listings. And though it shows me some very optimistic sellers it also means I may be less likely to trawl to the dirt-cheap start-bids I think unlikely to exist for certain cards.

I've just used a buy it now for a colour sketch card by Charles Martin for any character of my choice for $9.99.

Now to decide what to get done. I'll post an image once the card is done.

Just managed to snatch this lot for £50.

Angel Season 5 PW1 – Fred's Top Thumb Up
Angel Season 5 PW2 – Fred's Pants
Angel Season 5 PW4 - Wesley's Shirt
Angel Season 5 PW6 - Spike's Shirt Thumb Up
Buffy Big Bads PW3 - D'Hoffryn's Robe
Buffy Big Bads PW4 - Adam's Trousers
Buffy Big Bads PW6 - Warren's Jacket
Buffy Big Bads PW7 - Lisa's Pants

It works out at £6 per card, and considering the rarity of the Fred & Spike pieceworks I think I got a good deal Wink

Luckily I need all of them. I sold my collection at the start of the year to pay for other things, but promised myself I'd buy everything back at cheap prices. I guess I'm getting off to a good start as I just won a Buffy Season 3 Kristine Sutherland auto for £13, I sold mine for £30 Big Grin

Not an eBay find, but a bargain nonetheless - a box set of Upper Deck "The Mini Collection" cards for 99p in one of the '99p or Less' stores locally (they had quite a few on the shelf and other branches may well have it in stock too!)
Au Res.,
Paul

Wolfie,
Same idea, different chain - it's actually called "99p or less" and everything in the store is, well, 99p or less. Whenever I've been in my local one, they have had a lot of Tesco's branded stuff, so I don't know if there is a connection somewhere. Otherwise, they do seem to get muc hthe same stuff as Poundland.
Au Res.,
Paul

If you don't mind me asking what did you have done or are they somewhere on this thread?
I've already emailed my request, now to wait.
