Both people I sent the box to I had never traded with before.

I had to get their addresses from other people. I chose them because a) I thought there might be stuff in the box that would interest them and b) because they took an active part in Cardtalk.

There is a list in the box that stops it being sent to the same person twice. There is also now the online list that Wendi has done. And I'm sure that people check that as well before deciding who to send the box onto.

However, as has been posted elsewhere on the board we are coming up to 2000 members now. I'd say at the most the box could get round 20 members a year. Meaning it would take ten years to get round 200 members which I think is roughly the number of (most) active members of the board.

Not true! The idea is to send the box to someone you've traded with, however several people have sent the box to people they have NOT traded with.

I picked TheUberBob because I saw on the thread that he never had a box before. I never traded with him and didn't have his address, I had to request it from others on the board and luckily received the correct address!
