David RHere are some of my favorite promos. 6 different ones produced by Heroes Aren't Hard to Find, a comic store in North Carolina, in 1993 for various local shows and in-store promotions. These are tough to find. I didn't obtain the Elfquest one until this summer. I have only scanned the fronts.

Card MasterHi David

Those card Pic's are great and I really enjoy seeing the sigs

Those were the good old days when a pack of cards was the same price as a candy bar.

David RHere are the 4 prototypes for Ninja High School (listed in PCE as Antarctic Press) that came in the black and white comics in the early 1990s. It wasn't easy completing the set, as you had to buy multiple copies of the comic--which was about $ 4-5 cover price at the time. It's even harder finding these old issues today!
Also, comic promos for Cynder, and 1 of the 2 different ones for George Perez's Gladiator (I have the second one also, but have not scanned it here; this one looks "cooler.")

Robert KohlbusHere are two prototype cards that I'm sure no one has ever seen. When we make lenticular set, you have to create the actual physical cards to be sent to the licensor for approval. Because of the cost we make only a small hand-full (ie: less than the number of fingers on your hand).

Zane DeVanRobert,
That Farscape in Motion prototype is fantastic, thanks for sharing those. I wonder if any of those will make into the hands of any private collectors (hint! hint!).

Here is the heads up on
The Artwork of Joe DeVito DF Promo Cards.
There was only 50 of each of those 5 different promo cards made.
These 5 different Promo cards were only given out by Joe DeVito at the 1994 Great Eastern Convention at the N.Y.City Javits Center comic & toy show at his booth.

David RHere is the Lion King SB1 and six different LK2 P2 promos, all by SkyBox. Veteran collectors know how tough these all are! A few recently sold on a major auction site for $50 and up. I acquired these awhile back, one by one.

I have packs of 9 for Vapor Blue and Reflex Yellow from 2002 and a set of 8 from 2000 which depict scenes from VW's TV commercials.

BuffyMy rarest promo is the Hercules - The Complete Journeys (Rittenhouse) variant promo card with the "one autograph per box" instead of the regular "3 autograp cards per box". If it hadn't been for the "Promo Card Encyclopedia & Price Guide" I would not have known about the variant, and I might have ended up trading it without ever knowing that I had it
I'll lend a camera and post a pic of it ASAP.

Card MasterHi Bill DeFranzo
The VW packs I got .is the Vapor and the yellow
When the pack is opened
The cards make a puzzle on one side of the car.To show what the car looks like and on the other side show what is in the cars.
But when I opened up the yellow pack I was missing one card and had a extra of a different card.
So I could not make a full puzzle for the yellow.
But when I opened a pack of the blue I made a full puzzle.

The cards are cool and one only had to buy a new car (theorhetically - no spellcheck) to get a pack! Would that put the price of a pack at around $16,000 or at least at a price that reflects the difference between a new car price and its resale value after driving it off of the lot?

I'd gladly take them off Rittenhouse's hands.
