Disney + launched and it crashed. Guess the subscribers are overwhelming, lots of parents me thinks.

Disney is having the best year in its history, in terms of making money.

When 2019 ends, 7 of the Top 10 films of the year will be by Disney. In no particular order: Avengers, Star Wars IX, Frozen 2, Toy Story 4, Aladdin, Lion King, and Captain Marvel.

Plus they have a share in Spider-Man: Far from Home (technically released by Sony, not Disney) which means they have 8 huge hits.

No other studio even came close in 2019.
