Another true legend of entertainment has passed on. Phylis Diller was an amazing comedienne, definitely one of a kind. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-19326640This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kevin F,

I really liked Phyllis Diller. Its been awhile since I saw some of her variety show appearances, but she was always funny. And you have to remember that she was one of the pioneers in solo female standup. RIP Ms Diller.

I absolutely loved her laugh. She'd retired from the spotlight over the last decade but made numerous appearances well into her 80's and never lost that which made her special. I want to say she played a villain on the 1960's Batman TV series, but I can think of which one off hand. Does anyone remember that? ____________________ Everywhere around this burg they're running out of verbs, adverbs, and adjectives. Everywhere around this town, they're running out of nouns.
