I've just come along a video from one of my favourite youtube channels. Usually Techmoan unveils forgotten technology, but every once in a while he'll pick up something current.
It seems that the HMV stores in the UK are selling a series of twelve blurays packaged in faux-VHS boxes. Each of the movies has a card and a sticker included.
If you've always dreamed of having a Ferris Bueller trading card, this might be your one chance.

Here's the video, if you want to see how they look.

I was really tempted, except...one of the reasons I had for going to disc from VHS was space. Also, those that have been released are reissues and I've already got what I want from the selection. It would be nice if they released new titles with cards like Sainsbury's did with the DC DVD's.

Glad I came across this thread - I think this HMV release looks really cool.

My Mrs bought me The Thing yesterday knowing I was going to pick it up. One of my all time favourite films and I would have bought it even without the card/sticker/poster which are a nice little bonus.

Not quite sure what to store them with, my little set of 2 cards!
