OKAY - what is a 'cut panel' card?
I know it's a page cut out of a comic book,
but when the back says '#3 of 6' - does that mean there are ONLY 6 copies of that particular panel? Seems rare. - - And why wouldn't all the panels have the same number (like 12 copies)?

Hi that means only 6 cards were made out of that comic and only 6 exist as they are 1/1
