We have recently moved offices, which has impacted customer service and redemption processing time, so I really appreciate everyone's patience during this transition! We are just about settled in to the new place, so everything should resume back to normal.
I have updated our NPN site today. Some drawings have expired, some have been added, and the new address is there. We will have a mail-forwarding service to help with this transition, but I encourage everyone to spread the word and proactively make the transition to the new address for any cards sent in from now on.
