Without a new set I don't see where we will have any new autograph cards. RA has said the Final Edition is, well the final edition. Its unclear to me whether or not they still retain the license, but they seem to have done a good job of emptying out their stored autographs in that last set.
They will continue to make Bond films it seems, so you can't say for certain that there will NEVER be any new Bond cards. There is just nothing on the horizon and no real reason to expect anything.

The next film has started pre-production and is expected late 2019, so it would be well into 2020 (at the earliest) if they decide to do any cards for it.
