Looks like each $ 49 box only has 36 cards total, so you will need several boxes to complete the set, which has more than 100 cards

Cool -- checking it out. . .

It annoys the cr@p out of me when companies refer to trading cards as having 'starter' packs.

This seems to be the new thing in terms of comic cards.

Over the past year, Aspen Comics had two separate Kickstarters for Fathom and Soulfire in which they funded card sets the same way.

It seems that the binder only holds 45 cards which is 5 pages. Looking at the image the pages seem to be unique for the binder. I assume extra pages are also an add-on.

regards

John

Lets make the box cheap to attract folks, say $49 but only put a third of the set in it, that way they will have to buy 3 boxes making the base set $150 and hope they don't notice.

or am i misunderstanding which is perfectly possible.

The set looks nice. . . I just don't see a bundle that works for me. $195 for a Hobby box with a 50:50 shot at a sketch is a bit tough.
