I wonder how they are going to do the sets, one season at a time? I'm hoping it will be more like two or three seasons for the first release.
I'd love to see the whole of the main cast to sign Charlie Hunnam as Jackson "Jax" Teller Maggie Siff as Dr. Tara Knowles-Teller Ron Perlman as Clarence "Clay" Morrow Katey Sagal as Gemma Teller Morrow Ryan Hurst as Harry "Opie" Winston William Lucking as Piermont "Piney" Winston Mark Boone Junior as Robert "Bobby Elvis" Munson Kim Coates as Alex "Tig" Trager Tommy Flanagan as Filip "Chibs" Telford Theo Rossi as Juan-Carlos "Juice" Ortiz Emilio Rivera as Marcus Alvarez Dayton Callie as former Police Chief Wayne Unser
Then I'd also like to see Kurt Sutter as "Big" Otto Delaney who is also the Creator, Director, Producer and Writer. I think the set wouldn't be complete without his auto. There are so many great guest stars too, I don't remember what season he was in but I would Love, Love, Love a Stephen King auto
Just a few names of important reoccurring characters. Michael Marisi Ornstein as Chuck Marstein (Seasons 1–) Tayler Sheridan as Deputy Chief David Hale (Seasons 1–3) Drea de Matteo as Wendy Case (Seasons 1, 4–) Mitch Pileggi as Ernest Darby (Seasons 1–3) Ally Walker as Agent June Stahl (Seasons 1–3) Taryn Manning as Cherry/Rita (Seasons 1 and 3) Sprague Grayden as Donna Winston (Season 1) Jeff Kober as Jacob Hale, Jr. (Seasons 2–) Winter Ave Zoli as Lyla Winston (Seasons 2–) McNally Sagal as Margaret Murphy (Seasons 2–) Tom Arnold as Georgie Caruso (Seasons 2–4) Titus Welliver as Jimmy O'Phelan (Seasons 2–3) Adam Arkin as Ethan Zobelle (Season 2) Robin Weigert as Ally Lowen (Seasons 3 and 5) James Cosmo as Father Kellen Ashby (Season 3) Jose Pablo Cantillo as Hector Salazar (Season 3) Paula Malcomson as Maureen Ashby (Season 3) Zoe Boyle as Trinity Ashby (Season 3) Danny Trejo as Romero "Romeo" Parada (Seasons 4–) Benito Martinez as Luis Torres (Seasons 4–) Ray McKinnon as Assistant U.S. Attorney Lincoln Potter (Season 4) Donal Logue as Lee Toric (Season 5-) Jimmy Smits as Neron "Nero" Padilla (Season 5-) Ashley Tisdale as Emma Jean (Season 5-) Harold Perrineau as Damon Pope (Season 5-)
I really can't wait to see more of what they are going to do with this license

I think the other thread said seasons 1-4 on the 1st set? I honestly hope it's split up more. 1&2 for the 1st set, etc.
The want list for autos is GIGANTIC and it's safe to say they'll do 12-15 signers for the set. So that leaves a ton of other desired!

I somehow missed that, all I saw was Breaking Bad But I'm very happy if they are going to do seasons 1-4 for the first set actually. I'd prefer it that way.

I don't mind if they don't do all the main cast for the first set, it leaves desirable autos for the next release

I'll be happy and excited either way don't get me wrong. But if I was to have my cake and eat it too then I'd rather have more chances at doing more autos.
If they do a seasons 1-4 set, then they might choose to wait and do 5-7 when the series is wrapped up and done. That's 2 sets, 24ish autos. Your wonderful list (and I love that list!) is 38 alone (I'm going to bump it up to 39 and include Dave Navarro from last season). That leaves 15 potential signers left out let alone anyone else who comes up the next 2 seasons. 3 or 4 sets just gives more opportunity is all
With so many main cast and significant guest stars I'd be very surprised to see only around 15 signers for a set spanning 4 seasons. Vampire Diaries 2 had 21 signers and Big Bang Theory 3/4 had 20 signers, and their autograph pool was much smaller.

I was actually just looking at the VDS2 list last night and that popped into my head!
I wont get my hopes too high being that we can all come up with a sweet list of who can sign for this set but we all know it comes down to wether or not Crypto will pay them enough or if they care enough to do it.
Just thinking about the list, plus inscription potential gives me goosebumps.
Hi Folks, The first set of Sons of Anarchy trading cards will focus on seasons 1 through 3. This is still a lot of content to try to cover, so the Base set will be a bit bigger than we normally do. But, everything should still work out so you get a complete Base set from a box. There are a lot of really great stars in this series, and we hope to include as many as possible. There is some amount of crossover between this set and some of the others we are working on, so that does help strengthen our requests to the talent to participate. No promises, as the first set for a series is always tough, but everything looks very solid to set this up as a strong brand with 3 or 4 really solid releases. I think the chase sets for this product are really a lot of fun, and am looking forward to getting to talk more about those soon. August is going to be full of lots of good information: lots of product pages going live, some new license announcements, and a lot more details for products just around the bend. Hang in there!

Anything new on the SOA set? I see one online retailer is already sold out of their preorders for this set.

The set has never officially been solicited to dealers.
Can't see how someone could be sold out unless they have some inside knowledge of future allocations.

Yes, that didn't seem right to me either. I emailed them and they said they will begin taking preorders soon.
I hope we get some info on this set this weekend at the Philly show.

Don't know how much it means to SOA fans, but Charlie Hunnam was picked to play Christian Grey in Fifty Shades of Grey. If there really is a set, and if he signed for it, there might be more than card collectors looking for his autograph card.

He was also in Pacific Rim. Perhaps he will sign for that set also. That should help make sure there is enough autographs to go around ... or not.

Yeah, you're right. Whatever happened to that set? I think the movie is gone now.

There was a huge add for the cards on the back cover of the latest issue of NSU magazine. If memory serves the ad said said winter 2013.
