Seems like there is a lot of bits of trading card related news today! Here's another....
ShopTopps.com has started taking pre-orders for two Mars Attacks related items...a bobble head and a vinyl figure, both made by Funko. They're pretty inexpensive and way cool for Mars Attacks fans! You can pre-order them at the link below.

BatmanCool! They only reprinted the set once so releasing it again may open the set to a new generation of collectors. The new art should be cool to see, and sketch cards are perfect for this set, should be one of the most sought after sets of 2012!

I didn't mean that Topps had reissued it more than once, I meant that the set had been reissued more than once already. The first time by Renatto Galasso in '84 or so. This will make the third reissue in total.

Or you could always buy the skin/case now and buy the phone to go with it later.

Too bad the cost of shipping on the Topps site is MORE than the cost of the Pop! Vinyl figure. Ridiculous.

Given the date, I'm betting it's an April Fools prank. But I really don't know. I guess we'll know Monday if Topps/IDW do not recant.
Edit.....Just noticed this line:
Topps and IDW are still in the casting process and "are currently seeking a seven-foot tall male lead with extensive rock vocal experience."
Definitely a prank!
