It's the 12th and final day of Cthulhumas, and here's some original Lovecraft sketches from Ricardo Garijo, Jr. to celebrate the Twelvetide. Ricardo is also painting the base cards to the new series of H.P. Lovecraft trading cards currently on Kickstater.com, but these are all hand-drawn sketch cards (1 sketch per box) making these artworks 1-of-a-kind. Happy Holidays!

Today (Tuesday) is the LAST DAY of the Kickstarter campaign for the H.P. Lovecraft cards. We've passed our $10,000.00 stretch goal, so now every $6 and up pledge gets THREE (3) promos in addition to their other cards. Also, we just added TWO (2) special inserts by Douglas Paszkiewicz (included with every set). The expansion goal was also met to increase the size of the set by 15-20%, and add a retro style wrapper. So it's been a wonderful experience and we hope all monster, horror, and Lovecraft fans were able to get in on the action.
Just 5 more hours in the Lovecraft campaign, and we've broken our $11K stretch goal. 6 of the 9 metal cards will now be unique images not found elsewhere in the set. We're closing in our our last stretch goal ($12K) and that will pave the way for ALL the metal cards to be unique images, exclusive to the Metal set. This is turning out to be a very cool series, but strictly limited to 500 numbered sets or less.
If you know anyone who collects monster cards, reads Lovecraft horror stories, or like original art cards, let them know the campaign closes five minutes till midnight tonight. We'll see if we break that last goal!

The artwork for this set is stunning ! Lovecraft would be proud. I have one of the Lovecraft graphic novels adapted from his short stories. His works like HG Wells really lend themselves to visual artwork. Particularly with more niche markets like graphic novels and trading cards.
