Just got word that this release was delayed once again. I just hope the sellers I have preordered from on eBay come through since it will be well past the time limit for a claim. I feel confidant about the seller of the boxes, but I have never purchased from the one selling the 10 card auto sets. I guess unless a firm date is listed there is not too much reason to get excited for a release.

Hi All,

Just a quick explanation on why we have pushed this back. In reviewing the first off the line proofs for one of the chase sets we were not happy with the quality. Because of this we've asked our printer to go back and re-do those forms.

I apologize for the delay but we don't want to put something out that we(or you)won't be happy with. Because of the holiday the delay will be a little longer than normal so instead of trying to rush this out we will release in January.

I don't want to sound overly critical, but what is the deal with all the mistakes made by the printer's lately?
I have no idea if Cryptozoic prints 'in-house' or if they outsource, but it seems like there are some major issues in the printing world

Very glad to hear that quality is a priority rather than shoving a lesser product out the door (listen up "major" manufacturers)!

So is there any word on if the release be early, mid or late January?
I know I'm being impatient, but I can't wait for it to be released

I was told the the holidays would create a 2-3 week delay, that was on 12/21. But they also said they'd let us know when they have a new release date.

So, it's up in the air. We'll probably find out more when everyone's back in the office this week.

Yes, we will push The Guild back a bit. We don't want to release two sets right on top of each other.
