About 4 months ago I contributed to the Alterna Original trading card fund on indiegogo.com, and this morning I received the pack of cards I had purchased.

You get two base cards and a 50/50 chance of an auto or sketch, I received base card 1,3 and 4. Number 3 has been signed by Bret M. Herholz creator of the Diary of the Black Widow comic.
