Who is the actor sitting next to Beldar here? Is it Brian Doyle Murray? I think it is from a scene that didn't make it into the final cut of the movie.

Not likely . . .

Bill owns part of a minor league BB team (maybe two?), and part of a couple restaurants in Charleston. That's where I'd send him something to sign (and never expect it back . . .)
