What exactly is inside this "rare" tin ?

Exclusive cards not in the regular set ?

I collected the Defiant Comics cards in 1993, but never saw or heard of this tin back then

I just saw one of these. It has 30 "premium cards" called "The Quest for Power" and 3 bonus hologram cards.
