True Blood Series 2
What is up with the numbers on the new True blood set? the last set stopped at 96 for the episode cards and this one starts at 99. Does anyone know what the missing cards are?

97 and 98 are the two checklists in the premiere edition, so the new set had to start at 99, since those numbers 1-98 are from the Premiere Edition.
