GrahamCOMC Shipping
I wonder if eBay sellers here that use COMC are aware that combined shipping is not allowed? As a buyer in the UK, shipping is classed as part of the cost when the government works out import duty and value added tax. I saw a basic cost ST:SNW auto. The BiN price is $6.86. Shipping via COMC is $15.02 (a price that varies depending on the price of the card although I'm puzzled as to why?). $15.02 should be plenty for 2-3 cards at least.

Bassam Abdul-BakiI just requested 171 cards for shipment for $20.49. I just had to accept the slowest one (all the way at the bottom). Delivery expected in April.

catskilleagleShipping came to $8.99. I bought just 3 trading cards. COMC wants $4.99 for the first card, $2 additional for the second and $2 more for the third even though the listing says combined shipping is available. Another dealer charges extra for additional cards but he refunds the overage once he sees what the shipping actually is.

RavenI have only dealt with COMC on eBay as the buyer, so can't speak for any other activity besides getting what I ordered. There was a time when COMC seemed to have issues completing some transactions, not finding the item and such, but I have had no problems with them for at least the last two years. The packages arrive fairly fast too.
I haven't paid too much attention to their shipping fees either, as I usually don't buy multiple items from them at the same time. I think I kind of assume that all items come from different sellers using the consignment service, so in essence each item is from someone else. That may or may not be accurate, but either way, I don't focus on the $4.99 shipping as much as the sales tax bothers me.

On eBay I have gotten some real bargains on autograph cards sold thru COMC. I have also seen card listings that are in fantasy land. I like that the inventory is large and that many items come with BINs and no waiting, but you do have to know what you are buying before you hit that button.

ravenheartAre you talking about placing individual orders on COMC? Rather than buying credit, using that, and then at some point in the future, requesting a shipment of some or all of your cards?
I do the latter. Combined shipping isn't a thing, it's flat rates. I always get roughly $115 of cards shipped at a time, plus the flat rate shipping, and that's still under the customs limit for the UK.
I barely buy cards any other way anymore. EBay dealer prices are trash these days.
