I would like to know if anyone has seen an ad that was placed in magazines for the Horrors of war cards?

Do you mean the very-high-end set by Famous Fabrics?

It was released with packs/boxes holding one 'base' card (out of 48) and one cut signature, with only 40 base sets (theoretically) possible.
