That's the second seller I've seen who wants a lot for oddball Pro Set cards - mostly sports. It seems the "On Sale Now" promo packs are still common. I haven't seen the 9-card pack that has 7 unnumbered promos plus the two Yo! MTV Raps prototypes in a while - haven't seen a Borden promo pack in a while either. The 4-card pack with Debbie Gibson on the front appears for sale occasionally and it's generally in the $8-15 range. Maybe that will go up in price too.

The header seems to be a UK exclusive offer for a binder to keep your cards in, or as they call it, a Collector File.

Here's the hologram from Series 1. It's not often up for sale.

Here's a mini-folder promoting the set. This one still has the promos that were given out with it (two of the random numbered promos so that was another way to get the numbered ones). When folded open, it measures 4 x 6 inches. The image on top shows the back and front covers. As you can see, I got mine secondhand for a buck years later along with the cards and you can find it almost that cheap even today if you want absolutely everything associated with the set.

Here's the header card from a 5-card promo pack for the SuperStars MusiCards trading card set (Pro Set, 1991). It was in a cello pack with 4 base cards from the regular packs but you could get this card only in that promo pack. It's not that hard to find even today so there were likely hundreds of the cello-packs given away.

Two other oddball cards from the set. These are the very rare Tina Turner and George Michael promos. Unlike the other promos which were distributed in various cello-packs, the source(s) of these two remains unknown.
