Is it an Advertising Card?
Is it a Movie Premium?

Wonder how many were made.

The 6th button was long ago removed so you could see who the actors were and what movie.

Looking at Google and eBay there were several different styles of cards.

Interesting item, but I think what you really have there is, well buttons.

The "card" is merely the cardboard backing for the vintage buttons using movie star photos of the era. There are at least a few available on the internet and they don't seem to go for much. Now if there were some tie in to the photos this could have been the first pieceworks card.

And here I thought these buttons were off of Rudee Vallee's Jacket in the picture!
