Jeff Allender says on his website that someone may have pulled an auto of Arnold S. from packs of this 1993 release. Anyone hear of this ?

I'm reading Gary Gerani's "The Card King Chronicles" and have already read the section on "The Last Action Hero" set. He doesn't say anything about autographs inserted in packs. If there were autgraphs, I think he would've mentioned it.
