Is anyone here from Minnesota and know of any shops that sell non-sport cards? I'm in the twin cities area of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

There is a comic book store called The Source in St Paul, and they sell both packs and unopened boxes. I can't tell you the exact location, but I have a friend who lives in the area and shops there regularly and when I was last there visiting, I bought some loose packs.
