Have Benchwarmer ever produced a binder?

According to my data base the premiere edition did as did Ser.2 However, I do not record one for Benchwarmers '97

Thanks for that - It seems a shame that there aren't more Binders (even generic Benchwarmer binders) - unless we all collect them secretly and don't want our Ladies knowing what is in the binder )
