How tough are they to find today, 21 years later ?

worthpoint.com shows that 52/100 sold on eBay on June 29, 2011. I think their database goes back 5-6 years, and that's the only one they show. It's also called the "Pyramid Case" because UD and Pyramid released them at the '93 Chicago Comic Con. Here's a link.
