I just received my sketches a few minutes ago.
1. B & W with red blood streaks of Submariner fighting a shark by Allen Bellman
2. Very nicely done color drawing of a man with white hair and beard by Ashleigh Popplewell
3. Very nice droid from Star Wars by Frank Rapoza

Thanks Ed, for doing this. I now have 42 Treasure Chest sketches that I have picked up from previous box breaks or bought from Paul Maiellero at the Chicago show. Many real beauties in there.

Steve, you're in for 22 and 50

mykdude, just to clarify... do you want 4 and 8 or 4 through 8 inclusive? I went with the second option on the list, but let me know if you just wanted 2.

Ed

Everyone is paid and shipped!

Some great cards have left, but there's still many left.

If you're able, post your cards. It helps motivate others and it's just plain fun to see what's in the chest!

Thanks for sharing -- I think that Marge Sketch is by Bill Morrison who was (is?) a Simpson's comic artist.

When you can pick up any comic character sketch card drawn by an original artist, that is a nice collectible. People forget what a hand drawn sketch card is supposed to look like because we got so use to the box seeded sketch cards.

The best of the high-quality artist cards are multi-colored mini paintings now. They're beautiful, but they aren't truly sketches. That Marge and Adam Bomb are sketches. So is the Yoda, but that one has much more detail and took much longer I'm sure, as he is not a comic character. Sweet pulls.

Just received my second batch of 3 sketches. All winners in my book.
1. Unknown female superhero in b & w ink by Bruce Gerlach
2. Young Luke Skywalker in b & w ink by Jimmy Hasse
3. Full color portrait of Aayla Secura by Hal Hefner

Have to look around to see who the first woman could be. The Aayla is one of the top 10 I have pulled from the Treasure Chest Collection. Thanks again Ed, for doing this! Still a few sketches left!
