What is E Bay International Standard Delivery ?
Dose USPS control it or is it a E Bay controlled service?
Thanks

Scifi CardseBay controls it.
US Shipper ships to a US address.
From there the packages are relabeled, and sent in bulk to the receiving country where they are then mailed from.
Interesting notes:
This is currently one of the only ways to ship US to Australia and New Zealand.
Canadian packages don't go to a 3rd part, they have a different label but are mailed like any other package, straight to the buyer.
I've used it a lot. Have only had 1 problem with a returned package. Still waiting on the resolution of that one.
