The Kickstarter reached 14 K so the Ben card will be produced.

If you ordered the hardcover book for $ 50 you get an uncut sheet of 4 cards. Here is a picture:

I received my book the other day. It came with the black and white promos P1-P4 and the 4 card sheet of the other cards, as shown in the link.

Glad you got your cards - I received mine also and they look pretty nice. It's great that the entire set was eventually made available.

I am keeping one set for my personal collection but would be cool with trading or selling my spare set.

That would be an interesting trick with all of the licensing violations going on. With today's level of collecting madness it would cost more just to get permission to use those designs.
