Anyone got one or know where to get one or have any information on why it seems so rare?

Been looking for one for a few years now on e-bay and never seen it yet...

Interesting. I've seen it a few times on worth point as well. Made in 1998... card market slowed down then...perhaps they made very few o fhtem... But I have managed to get a Royo Prohibited binder from year 2000 which is pretty rare also. This millennium binder is just not showing up any where for sale...

Looking at the Royo website, he has stuff for sale. Maybe email him and ask if it is available. Who knows, you might get lucky
