Here's the second card:

They were issued in various parody comic books from "Spoof Comics" in the early to mid 1990's. They were usually polybagged in a clear bag, one per comic, although sets may have been briefly available from the publisher, which is long gone.

Some of them feature art by Adam Hughes who has gone on to be an extremely popular cover artist, most notably on Star Wars and the female super-heroes of the DC Universe.
