I have added the artists forum tonight. We'll give it a try and see how it works out.

So here's what needs to happen now. First of all, NSU values the artist's input and hope that all of you wonderful artists out there will stick around. And we hope that you will continue to add to our discussion forums. If you have images of cards you are working on that directly relate to the series being discussed in the thread you are posting in, please post it.

For those times when you wish to post a "look at my latest creations" post, please use the new artists forum. This is a paid forum with a charge of $25 for a three month period. In that forum, you can post images to solicit feedback; you may solicit commissions; you may link to your eBay auctions; or do anything else (within reason and as allowed by the FAQ and Seller's Rules post) that is not permitted in the discussion forums.

In the coming weeks, we will be evaluating the existing artists threads and deciding whether they need to be removed or just "grandfathered" in. In the meantime, we ask that no one adds to those as those posts should now go in the artists forum.

Thanks and we hope that everyone will find the new forum helpful and support our decision to add it.

By the way, I am leaving this thread open for any questions that may come up. Please do not start a repeat of the other artist forum thread which spiraled out of control. Thanks.

Just wanted to bump this up a bit - it has only been a few days and we already have 4 artists with ads. I know for a fact that those ads have influenced my future purchases already. More than the other posts did. Just food for thought for the artists who have not signed up yet

Not to mention that all the fighting and general badness has gone away.
