Hi All:

Just got word that there will be another system upgrade on Wednesday morning, starting at midnight Pacific time, March 30th. This upgrade will (hopefully) fix the ongoing search problem. Infopop says "When we perform the upgrade, the conversion process may result in some slowness for your site." After the upgrade, Card Talk will need to be reindexed and while this is happening, all search features will be completely unavailable for 12-24 hours.

I realize this is a bit of a pain but I'll be happy to have the searches working better once again.

So basically starting at midnight PST on the 30th the site will lag and we won't be able to use any search functions?

well, if this fixes everything, then i'm all for it

Sometimes I come to go on the site and I can't get in. Instead I get an Access Denied notice, you are not authorized, and an instruction to contact my network administrator.

Is this when the site is being upgraded or is it something else?
