Just thought I'd mention that the NFL preseason starts up tomorrow with the Hall of Fame Game: Titans vs. Bears.

People are talking about Mahomes's behind-the-back pass as if it's a new thing. Quarterbacks have been doing it for laughs for decades in practice. Back in the 90's, we talked football at work a lot and one of the guys recalled Sonny Jurgensen (played in the 60's and 70's) doing it in a pre-season game

As a Bears fan this could finally be an interesting season. . . We'll see what happens.

No one posted about the regular season. Today, we saw that it will be the Eagles and the Chiefs in the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs looked shaky early and into the middle of the season but they kept winning. They ended up losing only to the Bills during the regular season but then they beat them today in the AFC Championship. The Bills looked like the better team all year but the Chiefs were better when they had to have it.

As for my Dolphins, they never really looked great but they at least had a chance to get into the playoffs in Week 18. They need to get tougher if they are ever going to get past the Bills.

As a suffering Giants fan I shouldn't want this, but I do want the Eagles to win it. A nice little upset to the Chiefs' little story they are hoping to write. No one really wants anyone or any team to win 3 in a row of any championship, unless you're a fan of that team or person. Nice to mix it up a bit.
