Had the very sad news today that Bob Hulsart - Batman on card talk has passed away. The news has shocked me greatly. Met Bob at the 2011 Philly Show and he attended every show except the recent April show. Bob was a great collector and a lovely person and will be greatly missed. RIP BATMAN.

This is very sad news indeed. Bob was a great guy, I met him at the one Philly show I managed to attend, and he was a writer for Non Sport Update. He was a friend to all collectors who will be missed by many. Too young to go.

I'm sorry to hear of his passing. I knew him only from his Card Talk posts - always sounded very knowledgeable about cards. Years ago, someone told me he helped out a lot at Philly shows.

Bob was such a good guy. I looked forward to chatting with him at every Philly show. He was super supportive of myself and many artists over the years. Such sad news, he will truly be missed.

It’s very upsetting. It’s hard to imagine the Philly Show without Bob. And personally, I will really miss seeing him at the show and other places we would occasionally go. I’m very sad for his family too.
A very sad bit of news, i met Bob a couple of times at shows and he was always a nice guy to talk to and be around, he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
