Canadian GI Joe - Joe Canuck cards
I know it's been a long time since these were discussed, but over the past year I have seen a 2011 card G4 of Ron Rudat and a mostly black and white 2010 checklist card, which lists cards #1-20

Not sure what else has come out, if anything. Joe Canuck used to list all of the cards on its website, but they appear to have taken the list down

Steve (Woof), do you still have that Star Wars card ?

Has anyone on this board ever spoken with Steve and/ or know how to contact him ?

Resurrecting this ancient thread.

The last new card I saw on Canuck was G4, back in 2011 or 2012.

Has anyone seen G5 to G8 ? I never knew that they existed until I saw the post above under the General Card Discussion.

The Joe Canuck website has been down for at least 7 years.

Now that David has taken the trouble to resurrect this thread I have copied the checklist I posted on another thread so that we have a comprehensive record of this card collection.

I madethe following listing some years ago:-

Convention Guest Cards

G1 Larry Hama 2010 Toronto, Ontario Convention, 7th August 2010
G2 Mary McDonald-Lewis 2010 Toronto, Ontario Convention, 7th August 2010
G3 Zach Hoffman 2010 Toronto, Ontario Convention, 7th August 2010
G4 Ron Rudat 2011 Toronto, Ontario Convention, 18th June 2011
-- (blank autograph card) 2010

-- Canadian G.I. Joe Convention - Hamilton, Ontario 2009
-- Canadian G.I. Joe Convention - Toronto, Ontario 2010
-- Canadian G.I. Joe Convention - Toronto, Ontario 2011

Note card nos 1-16 have vertical backs whereas card nos 17-20 have horizontal backs.

In addition I have autographed cards of G1 and G3

Having looked at my own collection I wonder if the blank autograph card and the Convention card for Hamilton,Ontario are the same. I have therefore attached scans of the convention cards for 2010-2011 and the autograph card I have. Note that the conventions card for 2010 uses the same image on both sides and that it is very difficult to determine on all three cards which side is which.

I'm confused on the card images you posted, John.

The two cards that have 2011 on them....that's the same card, both sides?

And the 2010 card....what's the back look like?

The 2009 card I was recently told by the guy who made them that it was a lanyard card, not a promo or autograph card.

Also, whats the checklist look like both sides? if you have it and dont mind posting it.

Apologies for the delay in responding'

The two cards that have 2011 on them do have different sides.

The 2010 has the same image on both sides.

I wonder if it possible that the three convention cards 2009-2010 could be "lanyard cards"

Regarding the checklist card, the actual card listing only appears on the back with the front as a piece of artwork.

Here is the front:-

and here is the back:-

Below are the #3 card with the variant back and the regular #13 card. I missed the first round of discussion of this set and didn't know about it until the thread was resurrected in 2020. I didn't think I had any but noticed one (#13) in a promo lot I bought a couple of years before.

I've also seen two foil front cards from 2015. Here's one of them:

Is the Baroness card a US GI Joe convention card or a Canadian GI Joe Convention?

David R asked me to post images of the 2012 Convention card and here it is:-

It is difficult to determine which is the front or the back.

Sorry, John. I missed your question. I don't know but I'm thinking it might be American since it wasn't on the Canadian list in that other thread.
