As mentioned below in one of the topics (which I can't find now), there were 4 promos released at a show earlier this year, I believe in Pennsylvania (and perhaps other places) to promote this line of horror action figures

There are now 4 additional promos, which are supposedly only available by purchasing the 2nd wave of figures, due to be released in July.
