Have seen dealer specific promos by Unstoppable for those who ordered Highlander binders. Some supposedly limited to as little as 4.

To be clear, these are not the regular binder inserts.

There are promos by Acme 3000, Derek's Cards, JDW Cards, Gazza Games and perhaps others.

There are ones for Hammer Horror and Avengers also. All new. If a dealer ordered a case of the respective binders they reportedly got 12 cards.

There are 3 by Cyber Cellar, as well, 1 for each (Avengers, Highlander, Hammer)

Unfortunately, some dealers SOLD OUT within a few days. Some of the promos are all gone.

Have seen new binder dealer promos by Telly Mania and Tim Billow (Bobo), as well.

Some dealers seem to have very few, while others seem to have many more.

Have also seen an Avengers promo BC1 with no dealer listed on the back.

Sci-Fi Cards and Marks' Non Sports also have their own promos for the Highlander, Avengers, and Hammer binders

By my count, at least 9 dealers have these

Card Trove has a CT2 promo for the Highlander binder (his CT1 promo came out in 2023)

Doesn't appear that he has promos for Avengers or Hammer Horror, unlike everyone else

Roman Krause has 1 for the Avengers binder, 1 for Hammer, and 2 different ones for the Highlander binder

On Highlander, Radickal had RTC2
