In another thread I talk about three Babylon 5 3-volume VHS packs I bought and the cards I got. On the PCE website, the entry for the uncommon "Babylon 5" card says it comes from a Babylon 5 video but the specific episode is not confirmed. I have pulled that card from the Vol. 1.7 videocassette and one of the Volume 2 videos so I would say that it's a random insert. I opened 9 of the videos but got one just "Babylon 5" card, so yeah, it's uncommon.
