How many are there ? I see

Supposedly at the Chicago show there was also one in a plastic toploader, with a sticker

Yes, there is. The promo itself is marked "DEALER" but the sticker itself is marked as "ALBERTO'S". There were only 25 of these made.

Do you mean only 25 of the card were made or 25 cards were put in a toploader with sticker.
