A previously unknown promo, a PH2, just sold on Ebay for $ 310. Only 1 made !

There was also a promo by UK dealer Mitchy, MP1 which came as a regular card and as a black and white proof, as usual.

Sadly, I heard that Mitchell passed away in 2020 before they were released.

However, much to my surprise, I have recently seen some of them appear.
