Any idea where this Cryptozoic promo was available ? I have seen only P1 and P2

I was sent shots of the front and back and was told it's about 2 x 2 1/2 inches. Just 44 were made. Most of those were given out at the 2016 Beckett Industry Summit and a few were available at the Philly Show as mentioned above.
