Perna Studios is proud to announce our second trading card set titled Spellcasters. The set will spotlight different types of magic (White Magic, Black Magic, Chaos Magic, Voodoo/Shamanism and Fantasy/Mythology/Fairy Tale). We are starting off with two free give-away promos by artists Meghan Hetrick and Lynne Anderson. These promo cards will be very limited. There will be an announcement in October in regards to promo card P3.

The base set will consist of all new artwork by some of the best sketch card artists in the business. The quality seen in our first Classic Mythology trading card set will continue into our Spellcasters set.

Promo P1 is drawn by artist Meghan Hetrick www.meghanhetrick.com and will be given away at Tony Perna’s table from August 23rd-26th 2012 at the FanExpo Canada convention in Toronto http://www.fanexpocanada.com



Promo P2 is drawn by artist Lynne Anderson www.lynneanderson.deviantart.com and will be given away for free at the Wizard World Ohio Con http://www.wizardworldcomiccon.com/home-midohio.html running the weekend of September 28th-30th 2012 in Columbus Ohio.



These promo cards will be very limited.

We will have a very small quantity of these two promos left over after the shows to give to people that could not attend for the price of shipping & handling - We will be offering the Spellcasters P1 promo at the end of August and the Spellcasters P2 promo along with a surprise promo at the beginning of October. Only one of each promo per household.

I would wait. We will be offering the FanExpo Spellcasters P1 promo card at the end of August. The Spellcasters P2 Wizard World Ohio promo card will be offered along with another Wizard World Ohio promo at the beginning of October. We can not ship all three promos at once.

We just received the Spellcasters P1 & P2 promos today and they look great! Versicolor did a fantastic job printing them! We can't wait to start giving them out.

We are putting a very limited quantity aside of the P1 promos to give out after Fan Expo. Then we will also put a very limited quantity aside of the P2 promos to give out after Wizard World Ohio for anyone who can not attend these shows. There will also be another promo that we will be giving out at Wizard World Ohio too, that can be shipped with the Spellcasters P2 promo. We will post more on that in a couple of weeks.

Yes, we will be packing the cards in consecutive order. We can guarantee a complete base set and all 5 chase cards with 5 packs purchased.

Elaine, what's the reasoning behind the copyright date of 2013 shown on the back of the promos? Will the lain set be issued in 2013?
