Does the promo begin at level 2?

It isn't entirely clear. They say you need to order a physical product to qualify, so I guess that means a minimum pledge of $ 20

They also sent an email saying if you do a $5 add on you get the promos.

I mentioned above in the other section that Topps told me, yes, $ 20 gets you the promo, the promo sticker, and the NSU promos
