Only a month ago, Series 10 and 11 were both released with exclusive dealer promos. Unexpectedly, Series 12 just came out this week with dealer promos, 1 for each set. These dealers have or will have 2 promos each, not counting the black and white proof versions:

I just found out that Rydeclive had promos on last year's Series 7 and 8 sets, and the recent 10 and 11, also, but not Series 9; before that he had promos on Series 3 to 6.

Dealer Tim Billow has 2 promos, as with prior Platinum sets

Have seen 2 promos, MP1 by Mark Pratt

Twilight Zone had a promo on the Avengers 12 set but not one for Hammer
