For the most part, my answer would be yes. The HJ promo is a bit different because it foil technology on that card, but over all, there are several of many of the pictures.
Examples (from the cards that I have in my collection):
1. Marks card, Juniors, K&J, Happy Jack - Same front 2. 50th Philly, Comic Con collectors set - same front. 3. Promo 1 and Comic Con - Same front.

Thanks folks that makes it much clearer.
I am not really intrested in a diffrent name on the back so i think i need to get Happy Jack and the Binder promos to have all the diffrent picture fronts.

Here are the images of the sketches Trev Murphy did for Ghost Whisperer, althought they weren't included as sketches the Skull sketch was used for the promo card.
