Not sure exactly when these came out, but it must have been within the past year. Monsterwax has 6 promos for Jules Verne, promoting the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Journey to the Center of Earth card sets

Are these the first promos that Monsterwax has done since the 2 for Monster Faces, in 2007 ?

seems like theirs a piece in a 2008 NSU about the set. I think that's the year they came out, I know I've had mine for a long time, so the promos are not that new.

The Jules Verne set only came out recently, though it has been in the works for quite a while - I spoke to Kurt from Monsterwax about them in the current episode of my podcast.
Monsterwax have done promos more recently - NSU included some of their Urban Tales and Shock Stories promos in 2009.

I think that the Shock Stories promos are much older than 2009. I've had them for years, and the last PCE lists them, and that came out in 2007

The last few years when I went to the Monsterwax table at Philly, the only promos he had were HG Wells, Don't Let it Happen Here, and Monster Faces, which all came out back in 2005-2007, I believe. I never saw the Jules Verne promos until I looked at his site this week

The promos for Shock Stories were printed in 2000 but not used until the set came out, so you could have had them a long time.
