Not sure if this has been discussed, but the recent Kickstarter set which commemorates the Three Stooges comic books, had at least 9 promos

Promos 1 to 4;
P1 to P3,
a Wrapper magazine promo, and
an unnumbered "Bell Bent for Treasure"


Not sure on the distribution of these, but they all came in the Kickstarter master set
