Not yet, seems to come later than before the transfer, but you said you called customer service. Did they say they would send you the promos or did they just say they are checking on it? If there were none, they would have just told you that.

I'm sorry to hear some of you didn't receive your promos. If anyone else has this issue, please contact me at nonsports@beckett.com. I will be more than happy to help out. I also appreciate the feedback and I look forward to more critique/suggestions. Thanks!
My issue came today, with 4 promos. There was a nice tribute to Bill DeFranzo in there. The Price Guide is a little hard to use, but lists high and low values. It looks like a really good issue.

Heard from a collector friend in Milwaukee, he was also missing his promos. There should be 2 R R Parks promos, an Arrow promo and a Mob card (not a promo but a sample card from set) in each magazine.

Just arrived today, which is pretty good. I also had the promo envelope, so no problem here.
Price guide has done a 180. I love the font size and the two low/high or sell/buy columns (as you chose to call them) work for me.
Now here's the tradeoff, chucks of card sets have been removed. Want an example? All E's are gone. All Elvis, Eureka, Ender's Game, among others, gone. It jumps from Doctor Who to Fleer Retro. All N's gone, including NCIS and Night of the Living Dead. Goes from Monkees to Outer Limits, no Olivia, Once Upon A Time, lots of others eliminated.
Some of the edited sets I understand, some I don't. I have to read it more, but I guess this is what happens.

All I can say is cherish those price guides from Bill and the old NSU. I have been looking at the new one and it's not just that titles have been removed, whole seasons are gone from titles that are there.
Imagine looking up Game of Thrones autographs and not seeing pricing on Emilia Clarke, imagine BBT without seeing Kaley Cuoco autograph listed. Imagine no more, those cards were in early seasons no longer listed. Even though the first page mentions how to find Harry Potter cards, guess what? There are no Harry Potter cards in the guide. There is also no pricing specialist listed and no mention of the reason why the price guide now looks like this. At least I haven't seen a mention, I took a fast look thru the mag, which seems to have stayed fairly standard to the format.
I know this thread started with the issue of missing promos. I got mine and it would seem others have too, so I guess that's a random problem that should be made good. I am interested in hearing what others think of the price guide and it is related to the new issue, so that's why I left my comments here.
Obviously things always have to change, but the valuable cards in popular recurring series titles deserve to be listed, more so than pages devoted to Garbage Pail Kid headers and Wacky Packages throughout the years.

I received my subscription copy on Friday and there were no promo cards included. The plastic wrapping was not torn in any way, so it left them without the cards. As above instructed, I sent an email to the nonsports@beckett.com address on Sunday, but have not received any response so far. I just called the 800 number on the mailing label. The call was answered by a nice lady and I explained the situation of the missing promos. She said she would transfer me to the appropriate person to help me. I was placed on hold, then after about 15 seconds, entered some kind of phone conference room, which it said I was the only participant. Then after about a minute, I was simply disconnected. So, now what?!?

I had sent an e-mail to Matt Bible of Beckett about this. I just received an e-mail back from him. He and Harris are aware of this and are working to get things resolved.
