I realize I'm digging up the past here but I happened to find a sealed copy of this issue at a local comic shop yesterday. It wasn't discounted but then it wasn't stickered over cover price either.

Raven commented on Alan Biegel's editorial about an investment bank for valuable collectible cards - a secure storage facility for them. Ebay was readying its own vault at the time - late 2022. I haven't heard if that way of storing valuables has become more popular. I haven't seen any more recent talk about that.

The issue also noted the autction sale of a complete Topps Flash Gordon test set for $9000.

There was also a cool pictorial of some of the non-sports cards and vintage packs that were available at the National that yea including an Elvis (Topps, 1956) uncut 3-card strip. It has different cards than another strip I've seen
